Platform Overview

The TATC Infrastructure Platform provides enterprise-grade, high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence infrastructure. Built for production-level workloads, TATC delivers unified access to scalable AI acceleration through standard model APIs and high-density bare-metal GPU server clusters.

Designed as a regional sovereign infrastructure provider, TATC emphasizes physical single-tenant isolation, direct hardware control, and privacy-first data handling across all service tiers.

1. AI Token API Gateway

The TATC Token API offers a unified, OpenAI-compatible RESTful endpoint for managed LLM inference and embeddings.

  • Protocol Standard: Fully compatible with standard OpenAI SDKs and third-party orchestration frameworks.
  • Traffic Routing: Low-latency edge routing with per-tenant rate-limiting and usage tracking.
  • Architecture: Decoupled inference architecture ensuring high availability and request isolation.

2. Bare Metal GPU Compute

TATC Bare Metal GPU Servers provide dedicated, single-tenant physical hardware engineered for compute-heavy workloads such as model fine-tuning, large-scale inference, and complex spatial/AIGC processing.

  • Hardware Isolation: Zero virtualization overhead and no multi-tenant resource contention.
  • Environment Control: Full root access with complete operational authority over OS configuration, kernel modules, and execution stacks.
  • Interconnect: High-throughput regional network topology optimized for multi-node scale-out configurations.

Security, Privacy, and Data Governance

TATC operates strictly as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider.

  • Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR): The API Gateway operates purely on a transit basis. Customer prompt inputs and model completions are processed in memory and are never stored, logged, or utilized for model training.
  • Data Sovereignty: All workloads are deployed and executed within audited regional Tier III data center facilities.
  • Tenant Isolation: Network traffic and compute environments are logically and physically segmented with per-tenant API key scoped authorization and VPC peering options.

Service Delivery and SLA Framework

All infrastructure services on the TATC platform adhere to standardized operational boundaries:

  • Managed Infrastructure: TATC maintains responsibility for physical facility operations, power redundancy, hardware maintenance, and edge network availability.
  • Workload Layer Authority: Customers maintain complete authority and responsibility over their deployed software applications, container environments, and data pipelines.
  • Uptime Guarantee: Core platform infrastructure operates under a 99.9% Uptime SLA, backed by service credit guarantees as specified in individual enterprise service agreements.
